We provide tools and frameworks. What you do with them is up to you. If you make money using our systems, great. If you do not, we are not responsible for that.

You are responsible for what you create with our prompts. We provide the tools — you use them. If you generate something inappropriate, illegal, or problematic using our systems, that is on you.

AI Tools Change

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools update frequently. Sometimes they change how they respond to prompts. We update our systems when we notice changes, but there might be a delay.

If a prompt stops working as well after an AI tool updates, let us know. We will fix it and send you the updated version at no extra cost.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing we provide is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Our prompt systems are tools for generating content and automating tasks. That is it.

If you need professional advice, hire a professional. Do not rely on AI-generated content from our systems as a substitute for expert guidance in regulated fields.

Third-Party AI Tools

We do not own or control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tool. We just create prompt systems that work with them. If those tools have issues, change their terms, or shut down, we are not responsible.

Make sure you comply with the terms of service of whatever AI tool you are using. Our prompts do not override their rules or unlock features they do not offer.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep everything accurate and up to date. But mistakes happen. Information on our site, in our prompts, or in our documentation might be wrong or outdated.

If you spot an error, tell us. We will fix it. But we are not liable if you make a business decision based on incorrect information from our site or products.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not happy, just ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. No hoops, no questions asked.

After 30 days, sales are final. We will still help if something is broken or not working as described, but we will not refund after the 30-day window has passed.

Commercial Use and Licensing

When you buy our products, you get full commercial rights to the outputs you create. Use them for clients, sell them, build your business with them. The work you generate is yours.

What you cannot do: resell or redistribute our actual prompt systems, share access to products you purchased, or claim our system frameworks as your own intellectual property. The outputs are yours — the prompts themselves are ours.

Lifetime Updates

When we say lifetime updates, we mean it for as long as HubAI Prompt exists and the product is actively maintained. We update prompts when AI tools change, when better techniques emerge, and when we improve the systems.

We do not plan to shut down or discontinue products, but if circumstances change, we reserve the right to do so. Lifetime updates end if a product is discontinued.

Privacy and Your Data

When you purchase from us through Gumroad, your payment and personal information is handled by Gumroad — not by us directly. We receive your email address so we can deliver your product and send you updates.

We do not sell your email address to third parties. We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of the tools required to deliver our products and communicate with you.

If you subscribed to our email list through MailerLite, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from using our products. This includes lost revenue, lost time, or any other indirect damages you claim are related to our systems.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. If you paid $49 for a pack, the most we would ever owe you is $49 — and we would probably just refund you if there was a genuine issue.
